I got a call from Vodafone saying that my number was shortlisted for some caller tune offer. I told her that i am not interested in any offers & she says that until & unless I activate the offer,can’t deactivate it & I will be getting calls from Vodafone till I activate it 
How stupid is that?? So, with no other option left I had to activate it. And also asked her to deactivate as soon as it gets activated.
After some time got a confirmation call, had to say yes and they activated. Later some time, I got a call from the same girl & she deactivated the callertune, which she didnt do. While I am asking some info, she hung up on me. Horrible service by Vodafone 
I called customer service to deactivate the caller tune. I dont understand why Vodafone offers with such stupid conditions (First you have to activate & then only you can deactivate).

You must be awfully stupid to say Yes. She has just fooled you into activating it.
There is no such condition; it is illegal to force consumers to use what they dont want.

I don’t know whether such conditions are applicable or not. Anyways, I don’t any more call regarding the activation daily as I used to get calls from HDFC regarding to credit card offers. So I said yes.
